Homeowner Notice, January 2025
Member Notice
As noticed during the last HOA Meeting, and in earlier HOA written notices, October and November, street repairs, street pavement will begin in the subdivision, weather permitting, the week of the 20th of January 2025. Per Zachary City Councilman Devirgilio directive, four subdivision streets Hidden Pass, Hidden Lake, Wilderness Run, and Pine Thicket will be repaired, replaced, restored. Excavation, construction trucks will be at the front of the subdivision and working throughout the subdivision for two weeks or until work is complete.
